Q.

Hi ..i have 10 months old baby.. before pregnancy I was 50 kg.. during my pregnancy my weight incresed , now I'm weighing 67kg.please suggest how to reduce my weight.. I don't have time to do exercises and walk..

A. If you don’t have time for exercises at least you can do finishing 5000 steps per day which can be done at home itself and ultimate goal should be by the end of 24 hours you should finish 5000 steps and once you start doing that gradually increase it to 10,000Write Your Answer Here
