hi I have 1 year 2 months baby girl and 3 years 6 months baby buy, can i gave ABC Juice( apple, beetroot, carrot mixed) for my kids, is it safe for them or any risks??

Juices of any kind are not advisable to be given to the child their high content of natural sugar into them and then these packaged ones definitely have some of the other kind of sugar into it so if you want to give these things why don’t you give fresh vegetables and fruits to the child rather than giving juices they are not considered healthy so please do not give it
