Hi ,I had normal delivery on April.Its been 2 months ,still my belly is not returned to its pre pregnancy size,it's not flat yet..And belly button also still outie, didn't go inside. Is this normal? if so how much time it will take to return to its pre pregnancy size?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. it will take a few months.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyYou can put aloe vera gel and see. Try to lose weight with exercise ok.that will help you sure
