A. that needs check up. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat.

A. hello this requires a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better d also safe too fok ow what it is better
