hi I had C-section three months back my postpartum bleeding stopped two months back and now again sometimes am having very little bleeding is it something to worry

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Try to speak to your doctor for safe contraceptive measures. Good luck and take care.
