hi, i had c- section past 9 months before. i am getting so much fat near my waist and stomach. can i do plank,crunches like exercises?

A. used and decrease the weight after your cesarean section just wait for 3 to 4 then start with a gradual exercises also do some diet restriction which is very important for yourself
