Hi, I had c section on Jan 5, bleeding stopped at the end of Jan .. but saw spotting after 15 days and it continued for 10 days .After that flow has started and it has been 8 days accompanied with constant back ache . Then my doc has suggested to take Tab Tranexa MF 500 mg after food for 5days and the inconsistency of blood flow has stopped . After two months of that, i got my period day before yesterday and the flow is too heavy . Please suggest if this is something to be considered or can wait .

A. U Should consult your gynaecologist once again because when you resume your period initially for six months it could be actually abnormal heavy or something but if it is too heavy rain you should immediately to regulate the cycle and the flu
