Hi I had c section 7days ago.I got headache with neck pain till last night.what should I do

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. you should have a proper sittindg posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain. for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. meet yourd doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

A. take proper sleep if possible and relax nd give maximum breastfeed to the child i was also suffered same thing nd yes take luke warm water it will help
