hi i had c section 5 months back from next month of c section I am getting periods normally but this month I got my period on corect time but there is no bleeding just I saw a spot is there any problem to concern about this please answer

A. thsd ok.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See you can try to do a full hormone profile if its nit better in three months. Make lifestyle changes as well
