Hi,
I had a normal delivery on 5th October 2022, post that in November I had spotting on 12th November which lasted for 5 days. Then on 2th December I again had spotting which lasted for 5 days and my period started on 27th December (same month) with heavy flow which I believe was normal. Period lasted for 7 days. Then on 12th Jan I again had spotting and on 27th December spotting again both lasted for 5 days. What can be the reason for this? I even consulted gynaecologist for this and got TVS done but everything looked fine. Then why 2 times spotting in same month which I am unable to understand.

As already mentioned I already had got TVS done and as per report everything is fine.

get TVS. best to show a specialist. he will diagnose n find the root cause only as that's best ok. try to avoid self medication as that can be deleterious in long run as well

are you having baby and you are giving breasfeeds to your child?
if yes then it is normal to get it
it happens because of hormonal changes
so please maintain it ,by taking Healthy diet.
keep your self well hydrated
