Q.

Hi I gave birth to my baby on Feb 28 im having very seviour neck n nervous pain on my shoulder aftr my post delivery im using gel n for ever 2 hours im healing with cloth n heat pan there is no result please help me out for this solution

A. keep doing both. and avoid use of pillow when u sleep. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment
