Im getting somewhat like ringworm on my head , neck and shoulder. could you please suggest me medicine and so what food to avoid

A. there are various reasons for the skin infection which has to the same better skin specialist you can take normal food food for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
