Q.

hi I delivered twins on 26th March 2021 didn't faced any problem during n after pregnancy but from past 1 month iam suffering from piles whenever I go to toilet iam seeing blood.but I didn't feeling any discomfort no pain nothing how to cure naturally in home as I dnt have time.

A. happens due to dehydration or lack of fibre diet. eat fibre rich diet as khichdi dalia oats etc. you can add fruits and vegetables too. drink lots of water daily
