hi I am pallavi i have 2.5y girl her body getting cold. what I do for that

they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /znight and morning.
requires examination and start anti allergic medicines.
meet dr and prevent such temperature variations.
there is a pozssibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization.
when allergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine

apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child.
give kadha made up of warm water, Tulsi leaves, pinch of salt, turmeric powder and ajwain seeds
give it in 6 tbsp quantity twice in a day.
