hi.. I am on my 4months of my pregnancy.. kindly suggest me a good diet for breakfast lunch and dinner.

A. Hello mom you need to have a healthy natural home cooked foods, avoid heavy meals which are spicy and very oily as that can cause acidity and tummy issues , Avoid pineapple and papaya throughout your pregnancy. Inbetween your meals have dry fruits or seasonal fruits or vegetable soups , Makhanas , milk etc
