Have fluids before and after breast feeding.
Natural foods to enhance lactam/ breast milk is dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makkhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day.
Also, avoid taking stress as it reduced milk production.
Take 1 tsp methi seed with warm water will help.

2. Eat ripen papaya daily.
3. Take bread with milk.
4. Eat milk rice instead of curd rice at dinner.
5. Eat 5 to 6 times a day .
6. Also take dry fish.
