Q.
Hi! i am mother of 4 month old baby and is on exclusively breast feeding. I had normal delivery but having bleeding only for three days after giving birth. now after 4 months my periods resumes, i want to ask is it normal? or it is due to strenuous running as i started physical exercise and running just after two moth of delivery.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and irregularities in periods after delivery is very normal and please use any contraceptive to avoid any accident pregnancy. and also have green leaves vegetables and follow the regular exercise and yoga routine.
