Hi I am mother of 13 days old baby. From today morning I am having mild cold with running nose please advice me what medicine should I take and what precautions I have to take to avoid spread to my child.

A. if you are a new mum and you are having symptoms of cold you can take steam inhalation you should keep your baby away from yourself or else use mask during feeding you can consult your doctor before taking any medication
