Q.

hi..I am a pcod patient and I m trying to conceive.i have also consulted a doctor.she did my follicular monitoring from last 3 months but she said egg was not ruptured after HCG injection.what should I do now? pls suggest

A. Just wait. It might get ruptured later on. Keep relationship for next 7 days on alternate days. wait for periods to miss. stay in touch with your gynaecologist and follow her instructions

Siri I will tell you do things if you would want to go for it first of all it’s very important for you to do yoga which is going to be helpful in controlling the PCOS of PCOD issue also I would advise you to take a nutritionist diet plan from a doctor a nutritionist that’s also going to be helpful after this thing if you try to conceive I’m sure the situation is going to be better
