Q.

hi I am a one year old parent after delivery of my periods they are irregular and improper how to make them regular. this problem makes me depressed, any suggestions?

A. The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them

This normally happens after delivery that for first six months Women can I have a improper an irregular period cycle after their delivery when did resume with the period but that’s a common problem with a lot of women for that you’ll have to check with the gynaecologist you help me with medicines to regulate your hormones and period cycle
