Q.

Hi I am a mother of 7days old new born. My issue is related to breast feed milk production , as I am not able to produce more milk per day quantity is almost 10ml milk. Which is not sufficient for my baby. I am having ajwain, panjeeri protein diet still its not working. Please suggest

A. hi, start taking Dhootapapeshwar Shatavari kalpa Granules1, it helps to increase lactation, take 1 tea spoon of it morning and night with hot or cold milk. for more can ask ur doctor
