A. it may be Infection This needs evaluation so it would be better to follow the local doctor for proper advice and doctor will guide you accordingly regarding this which would be more beneficial so you can follow the advice

A. It Could probably be due to some allergy or conjunctivitis which is spreading quite a lot right now so it’s important for you to get a check with an eye doctor Dil advise you with the right eye drops that you can use as of now in the meanwhile I’m just going to advise you to clean the eyes of your child with cold water regularly
