U I have one more week so what you can do is you can start doing exercise like squatting and all these things dear Dr must have advised to go for certain yoga exercises like butterfly pose sporting is good you can sit on a big bowl and try to exercise these are certain things the doctors normally advise you to go for but you should consult your doctor before you do anything if you are not aware about it
