Q.

Hi I am 34 weeks pregnant my blood flow to placenta is little low, thats why my baby size and growth is slow. Can iron supplements increase the blood flow to placenta ?

A. iron supplement does not increase the blood flow to the placenta since your babies weight is low it indicates that there maybe some utero placental deficiency , so you can check for that by sonography and if it is not so then you can just increase your protein intake and have daily tender coconut water

A. Mene iron level kam tha 1-6 months then report came normal then tab tak baby growth normal tha, after that jab scan hua 32 weeks ka baby growth nd weight kam nikla . Recently mera 34 weeks m scan m dr ne bola ki blood flow thoda kam hai. Kya iron supplements se blood flow bad sakta hai ?

A. Is this what your doctor is telling you or it is mentioned in the report or anything like that because sometimes these things can happen during that time they give you a medicine to thin your blood and that is what is going to be beneficial just go for consultation with your doctor for this
