Hi .. I am 27 weeks pregnant , when I wake up in the morning I usually felt stiffness on my stomach from past some days . Is that a braxton hicks contraction or a labor sign ? I am worried pls tell .

Women often say they felt a sharp kick from the baby or a lot of activity right before contractions started. Your activity also can trigger contractions.
