Hi I am 17 weeks pregnant and every morning around 4:00am I wake up because of hunger this is disturbing my sleep schedule and I feel very dizzy in the morning. How to stop this hunger? Please help

A. hi would be mom its fine to feel hungry during pregnancy eat good protein rich meal before sleeping like eggs or chicken or panner or dals, or soya or tofu can also take 1 cup of milk before sleeping keep handy snacks like khakra, makahana, kurmura channa near bed can eat if you feel hungry
