hi I 5 month pregent can i sleep right side ? kindly confirm sleeping right will impact baby growth and heart beat during pregnancy??

U Just cannot sleep on your stomach do too obvious reasons because you’re pregnant you can sleep on the back right side left side whatever is comfortable to you you are sleeping posture has got no connection with the growth of the child so just don’t get confused with that
