Is it okay to sleep in our right side during pregnancy? I am on my 6th month now and i feel comfortable in my right side

Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please conshult your doctor once. Ine general you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and ahlso get a routine check up done

U Sleep however you want to sleep because end of the day what matters is your comfort if you’re comfortable on the right side then you can sleep on the right side only because see in pregnancy what is most important thing is to just water makes you Comfortable that’s about it
