Hi, help me to answer this please It's been 5.5 months after my c section. Last week i cleaned my house, i cleaned by sitting in sqat position... Now my left leg knee is paining a lot from that day.. If i stand for long time.. Its paining.. During pregnancy my right leg knee was paining.. Now its left leg too.. Is this pain common after c section? What should I do to get rid of?

A. hi mom no it is not normal to have knee pain after delivery u should consult with orthopaedic surgeon for proper examination and investigation to diagnose the cause of pain
