Hi good morning.. I almost gained 10 kgs more weight after I gave birth to my first baby... my baby is 3 years old now... my actual weight is 58kg and now I am 68.. Can you please suggest how can I reduce my weight? Thank you

A. Hello mom weight loss after delivery take dedication and patients .. so not to worry you will take care of your diet and observe what you are consuming and be mindful about it . For now avoid sugary and processed and refined products. Get into a exercise routine and do it for about 30 to 45 mins daily . Be it brisk walking , or yoga or any other workout
