hello doctor my 3 & half months baby girl has not gained much weight and from birth weight 3 kgs. kindly suggest how to gain weight in her.

A. Hello father babies would round about gain around 300 GMs to 1 kg monthly and then when they are around 4 to 6 months . Make sure the mothers take good healthy meal before baby feed time so that ensure good quality feed.
