A. Hello dear for glowing skin you need to always give your baby a good homemade food with lots of green vegetables and fruits. Try giving citrus fruits more as it absorb all the vitamin that you ate more efficiently. Drink lots of water every interval and always apply a good and mild moisturizer like Johnson's Baby Lotion after every bath . It is enriched with coconut oil and moistures upto 24 hours and gives a glow to the body.

A. To help your daughter's skin look healthier and more radiant, consider the following tips:
1. Hydration
Encourage Water Intake: Ensure she drinks plenty of water throughout the day. Proper hydration helps maintain skin moisture and elasticity.
2. Balanced Diet
Fruits and Vegetables: Include a variety of fruits and vegetables in her diet. Foods rich in vitamins A, C, and E (like carrots, oranges, spinach, and berries) are particularly beneficial for skin health.
Healthy Fats: Incorporate sources of healthy fats such as avocados, nuts, and olive oil, which can help keep the skin moisturized.
3. Proper Skincare Routine
Gentle Cleansing: Use a mild, natural cleanser to wash her face daily to remove dirt and impurities without stripping natural oils.
Moisturizing: Apply a good moisturizer suitable for her skin type to keep it hydrated. Look for products with ingredients like glycerin or hyaluronic acid.
4. Sun Protection
Sunscreen: If she is exposed to sunlight, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to protect her skin from UV damage, which can cause dullness.
5. Regular Exfoliation
Gentle Exfoliation: Depending on her age and skin type, consider using a gentle exfoliating product once or twice a week to remove dead skin cells. Ensure it’s suitable for her skin type and age.
6. Adequate Sleep
Sleep Schedule: Ensure she gets enough sleep, as rest is crucial for skin repair and overall health.
7. Limit Screen Time
Reduce Exposure to Screens: Excessive screen time can contribute to skin issues. Encourage outdoor play and physical activities.
8. Natural Remedies
Homemade Masks: Depending on her age, consider occasional natural masks using ingredients like yogurt, honey, or mashed fruits for added nourishment and glow.
9. Consult a Dermatologist
If her skin remains dull despite these efforts, consider consulting a dermatologist for personalized advice and treatment options.
10. Avoid Harsh Products
Be Cautious with Products: Avoid using harsh soaps or products that contain alcohol or strong fragrances, as these can irritate the skin.
Summary
Consistency is key in maintaining healthy, glowing skin. Encourage your daughter to adopt these habits, and over time, you should see improvements in her skin's appearance. If any specific skin issues arise or if you have concerns, seek professional advice.
