Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello my dear parent! Potato in moderation is okay. But eating only that will not give proper nutrition to your child. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruit and dairy in the diet . Speak to your doctor for further guidance.
