Q.

Hi for my 11 months daughter only her head is hot her boby is cold an temperature is below 100 we had got her mundan done what i should do to cool her heas

A. I's normal in infants . Normally child head is more hot than body according to body surface area in children. hot head without fever is a result of baby’s undeveloped thermoregulation system. Take off extra layers of clothes and blankets. Breastfeed it more often. Massage the body gently and soothingly. Keep room temperature comfortable. tc

A. Hello mom Baby’s head is stay warm comparatively to other body parts and it is quite normal so you should not worry about it at all. You should always try to give your baby normal room temperature. And don’t use the temperature of surroundings frequently. if your baby is the temperature is less than 99° then there is nothing to worry about
