hi experts My baby is 3months 10 days she is getting water from eyes but not rubbing her eyes she is absolutely fine ,what could be the reason for that anything to concern pls let me know thanks in advance

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. It could be due to tear duct blockage which is very common with kids you can massage on the nose in between the area of the ice clockwise and anticlockwise at least three times in the day that’s going to be helpful in opening up the tear duct a blockage
