Hi everyone, I got my double marker report. Everything is normal, except PAPPA-A, Unit is 388 ng/ml and Corr.MoM is 0.36. Can someone pls tell me what is it?

A. Low levels of PAPP-A (when it is less than 0.4 MoM in pregnancy) may be associated with: A lower birth weight baby as your placenta may not work as well. An increased chance of having an early birth. Miscarriage in the second half of pregnancy. An increased chance of developing pre-eclampsia.

A. hello there is little variation and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too to avoid any kind of complication
