Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. f you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain. for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Epidural can have side-effects in the longer run and a lot of women can face this kind of a problem so you should check with your gynaecologist if there’s any particular exercise or medication that is going to help you giving good relief where in I believe associated with your back is definitely going to be beneficial
