hi everyone i am Ram from hydy , i having one 9monts old baby girl , please give me a brst best option i don't want to go one more kid I wanted to continue with with one kid, my misses thinking two kids

A. you can go for ligation.See with babies not every thing will go as per rules.each baby has her own speed to learn and that's okAlways keep in mind that over the day the baby should get food that help her get all protein, fat and carbohydrates and belong to your culture
