Hi Dr|| why my 2yr 6 months old daughter still she is not talking just she says 20 words but she recognises everything is this ok ? or shall I consult speech pathologist ?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi mam,as all babies are different and they grow at their own pace ,it is ok. please don't compare your child with others. just keep talking with your child more play different games, sing rhymes and read stories with your child it will help to enrich your child vocabulary. avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets at this tender age.
