mam,you should start taking iron and calcium supplements after consulting your gynecologist.
at home , prefer healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your body well hydrated.
don't sit or stand for long period.
take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping,it will definitely help to get relief in pain
you may use Babyhug heating pad for this
do some low impact stretching exercises for 5 or 8 minutes.
take early morning sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
