hi dr,My Son is 12 months old and he sleep for 12 pm to 8.30 am he woke up for feeding only...but from 3 days he wakes up at 4.30 ..what is the reason? what to do for his better sleep?

A. Hello mom their pattern keep on changing and that is absolutely normal as well, as they are growing their requirements tend to change as well, you may try to gradually increase the quantity of the food given .
