"hi Dr, my son has got rashes in the inner folds of thighs. i am applying sebamed rash cream but the rashes are still there. skin has become pinkish and kind of got chafed with some small boils. these small boils are without any pus but appear as small dots. we keep him diaper free for sometime during the day but he pees a lot so it becomes very very exhausting to keep changing his cotton shorts. he poops 3 to 4 times a day as well.being working mother this gets highly exhausting. we use Himalaya anti rash diaper. cant leave him on cold floor nowadays diaper free due to changing weather. what to do to get rid of rashes faster
