Hi dr, My baby is preterm baby, now she is 3 months old, her poop is green in colour, may i know what is the reason? Why she sometimes doesn’t pass stools?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. There could be many reasons of green poop like formula milk or cold or cough or imbalance of foremilk and hind milk so if the consistency of the stool is normal then nothing to worry
