in breast fed babies green color poop indicate, an imbalance of foremilk- Hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello green motion is normal and if the consistency is watery and frequency is more then it is better to check with your doctor and also check on your diet as this can effect your baby tummy and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better
