Hi Dr my baby is going to complete 11 month she does not drink enough water... how much Ml if water should she drink in a whole day & what is the difference between cerelac and nestum? which one is best for the baby?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom water intake depends lot on weather condition as well warm conditions the thirst is more and cold is comparatively less.
A few sips throughout the say is fine as liquids through food also counts .
Cerelac is rice and milk solids and nestum is rice ..
Would recommend you to opt for home made mix as much as possible as the commercial one contains loads of sugar , preservatives and artificial flavours
