Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana...
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti(soaked), Daal roti(mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good evening there is no upper limit on the quantity that the child can consume however as a lower limit I will recommend you to make sure that the baby is having at least 60 to 70 ml water
