Q.

Hi Dr.. my baby girl is 2yr 1 month old, but still c didn't start speaking properly.. c utters very few words like Taata, baa, hi, baa, bye, no, meow, papa like this.. n c had thyroid problem.. is that affecting her speaking?? so what do i do now to improve her in speaking?

A. Even if the baby didn’t have the thyroid disorder it is way too soon to expect the baby to talk and you try to involve the baby in a conversation. Keep talking and at least 300 words per day should be spoken in front of the babyWrite Your Answer Here
