Hi dr My AFI is 19.85 cm in 9th mnth of pregnancy. is there any problem for my baby. My sugar levels before meal 98mg/dl. After breakfast 144 mg/dl.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. Definitely the amniotic fluid levels are on the higher side and it could be because of multiple reasons. Mentally be prepared for cesarean surgery also because when the liquor is more vaginal delivery becomes bit difficult

I think it is little on the higher side but since you’re in your nine months that’s completely fine now it is just the time when you hit your labour or your Dr advises you for a C-section who totally depend what is the situation so kindly follow the advice given by your doctor
