Hi dr, my 3 year old girl is not urinating frequently. Today its been more than 24 hr she urimated last. Please help me urgently. Is it normal? What could be issyes and what we can do about that

A. no no. its Very bad. please give her lots of water n take her to a doctor ok. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well
