hi Dr, kindly let me know any food restrictions for my 9 months old boy . I am giving boiled rice,dhall veggies and fruits. kindly give your diet suggestions which is helpful for giving complete nutrition to my baby.

other things you can give them but it should be cooked properly and whatever you are introduced for the first time should be introduced with a small amount so that you are bp can digested well
